Itamar Pinhasi, the Marketing Director at Disruptive Real Estate, is responsible for creating and implementing short and long-term marketing strategies, as well as advertising campaigns, to raise brand awareness. Itamar is in charge of coordinating, revising, and optimizing all advertising, branding, and marketing content on a daily basis. He assists the sales team in achieving the company's objectives by providing marketing guidance and support in order to gain a deeper knowledge of the brand's voice and personality and establish the most profitable distribution channel.
Before bringing his skills to Disruptive, Itamar earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and continued building his talents at a commercial real estate firm. His business is based on a strong appetite for learning, innovation, and dependability. He brings this philosophy to Disruptive, where he uses his creative eye for design and technical talents to create all digital collateral, as well as utilize his analytical capabilities for market research and data analysis. Nicole Marron is the Editorial and Administrative Assistant at Disruptive Real Estate. She uses her diligence and attention to detail to assist with contracts and forms, writing and editing, and administrative tasks. Her mission is to help the Disruptive Team succeed and perform at their absolute best.
Nicole also owns a copyediting and proofreading business. She spent time abroad teaching English in Spain and has a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from American University in Washington, D.C. Nicole loves traveling the world and exploring new places. At Disruptive, she brings her focus, professionalism, and supportive attitude to her work and the team.
Cat moved to Miami from Denver, Colorado after finishing her studies back in 2010. Fascinated by Miami, she came to believe that this is the best city in the country. The beaches are beautiful and pristine, the climate amazing, the multicultural identity is extremely rich and rewarding and so on. Katrina is a Chicago native who graduated from the University of Arizona in Tuscon and spent time living in New York before relocating to Miami. Prior to her career in real estate, she worked at the Chicago Tribune and within the fashion industry at the luxury fashion retailer Intermix. From there she found success creating and selling fine jewelry lines. Her current passion project, Render & Steel, is an innovative new take on the jewelry business, which she has scaled past break-even level and beyond.
Katrina is also part of her family office, Steel Family Investments. She is passionate for their investments within commercial real estate acquisitions, which led her to pursue her real estate license.
